Heart is Heavy

Heart could be very heavy till a normal human body can't even able to lift up.
When you choose to be optimistic, the other party will try to make you feel worse over your positivity.
When the other person didn't want you to feel bad over it, but you yourself can't overcome the guilt that you have done.
When you force to lift up a parcel excess your physical strength, will you still take it?
How do you lift it up, if you really want to challenge your own physical limitation?
Mood instability will cause a person feel uneasy, uncomfortable, unable to breath and etc..

When i choose to be silent, my heart is heavy
When i m listening to certain music, i am healing my heart my soul

Handmade ART

Handmade is one of my interest since young. I love art which includes drawing, coloring, making cards and etc. I used to make cards for my friends during secondary school times. Now, I seldom did due to lack of time. It takes time to complete an art work. Thus, I only do when I am free.
