This post has been delayed for days. Finally decided to post out today, since I had settled down finally.
My mum love kuih lapis, so do I. I got a recipe from Angie , the ingredients are pretty easy, the only most effort need to put in during steaming process.
Layer cake has to steam, layer by layer. I have to stand there, to count down the time each layer.
A very good comment from my family. You can tear the skin layer by layer, and it is indeed fragrant.
