Indonesia Trip - Day 1 (D)

My phone totally dead when i reached the restaurant. If not mistaken, the restaurant name is Singkang Reret..The setting of the restaurant looks quite high class and standard. It looks clean, and is like hotel dinning place.

Nuts with sambal - as a sambal's fan, I think this dish is alright..But toothpain if eat a lot..haha..

Soup with mutton, and some carrots - Taste not bad

Grilled fish - The source is slightly spicy and sweet. Quite nice

We also had mutton satays, coconut desserts and fruits..Overall, the food was so-so. The desserts that they serve hav "dapei" - which is sour and bitter (I dislike), and some coconut meats..For satay, the mutton was quite hard to chew..

Around 6pm (5pm in Indo), the sunset already started..the place is already quite dark..Furthermore, due to short of electricity, the buildings, houses and stalls they did not switch on their light, and even the street lamps also hardly being lighted up. Only few were on, so made us can't enjoy the nightview of Indonesia. It is also dangerous to walk alone at night..

Ya..their famous petrol station is Pertamina..
