Job Satisfaction

Job satisfaction happens when you enjoy your nature of work.

As a teacher, my satisfaction comes from my students. Kids from 2 years plus till 6 years old, they are my motivation to go to work everyday.

Children are the purest and most innocent. They are free from complexity of world. You able to find back your happiness through their action. A simple action, even they repeated lots of times, you could see them laughing over and over again.

I love to see them smile and laugh. I love to see their cute face everyday. If they respond to you, even just a short attention, a sudden satisfaction will fill in your heart. It is what I called satisfaction is.

Treat them with your sincere heart, they will come nearer to you. Sometimes, I got frustration and got angry at them, because I put expectation on them. At that moment, I forgot they are just kids who need to be guided patiently. I felt bad, and I got to improve on it.

Everyone was once a child, do we really remember who we were last time? Perhaps, we are just as simple as them. But, now who we are? Do we still have the purest heart as before?

Preschool education is not ain't about money and profit. Early education is to prepare them for better future, and develop them cognitively, emotionally, mentally and physically. Don't treat them as fortune god, because you are destroying them.

Satisfaction comes within heart, is the move for you to improve and try your best.

Recently learnt about emotion triangle, it said human tends to suppress core emotion, and manifested as either a defense or inhibitory emotion. The emotion that we tends to inhibit are shame, guilt ... There are fear and inferiority that governs my heart - I have to learn to address and admit my feelings better, and make a decision to communicate or set a boundary. It is hard to actually do so, and I know after I have done it - I can sense my guilt and shame. Full stop is not a Stop

My study has come to the full stop. After the submission of my final year project, I thought I will be delighted, yet I wasn't. I was apathetic. No more motivation to complete it, I already forgotten my achievement goals, I have given up. During the phase of life, I felt Life is just ain't about perfection. Imperfection in life is the essence of our growth. In order to grow, old proverb saying "no pain, no gain", it indeed applies to everyone of us. Being through thick and thin, sweat and tears, I started to realise that adaptation to sudden change is incredibly important. For instance, we have a goal to get a First Class Honour in our degree program, but our result speaks no to us. Is it show that we are stupid? Nope, it only tells us that it is a piece of paper which might granted us to obtain better job, yet which class you get is not the guarantee to get a better job. The end of college life, is the start of _______ life. People will fill in the blank themselves....

Sweden passes new gay marriage law
